Before anything you do, Let yourself be comfortable, Find a place where you can be comfortable but not sleepy, If it’s okay for you, You can just sit down on the floor or if not, You can sit on sofa or anywhere that best suits for you,

Find a place where you can concentrate better.

I mean, You don’t always have to do that, Sometimes you can challenge yourself to be on a bit of uncomfortable place to improve your concentration but well, It’s all up to you, Again what works best for you.

If you already practice meditation, You probably know most of us think of meditation as if all we have to do is strict focus and completely clear mind.

But here.

Let me spoil it for you.

If you’re doing this way, You’re doing it wrong.

You have to let the thoughts flow in your mind.

And actually do this.

Let the thoughts flow in your mind and then when you feel losing in them refocus on your breathing and do this process all the way of your session.

3. Don’t be too serious

Getting better on meditation is one of those skills where you have to take it nice and slow, taking it too seriously will only going to make it hard for you.

Remember It’s an experience, a journey that we go through, and it will have good and bad moments, so embrace them all and move forward.

4. Write it down

Before you start and after you finish your session, write it down whatever you’re feeling, journal it.

And see how far you’ve come, what has changed, In what way meditation has helped you, It’s a great way to keep track of your progress.

5. Be consistent

Be consistent and remember it’s okay if you’re having problems, By keep doing it, In time eventually you’ll see, How much you’ve improved.

Conclusion

Meditation should not be taken too seriously, If you’re just starting out or You’ve been doing it for a while, and it’s giving you a tough time, It’s okay, By doing practice and with the tips above will help you improve faster and more effectively.
